Bookings
A booking request submitted online is not confirmed until we confirm it. You will receive a reference when you submit the form — keep it, and quote it if you need to change anything.
You never need to book. Walk-ins are welcome whenever we have a bed free.
Changing or cancelling
If you cannot attend, contact the salon as early as possible. Any cancellation or missed-appointment charges must be clearly explained and agreed with you before a booking is confirmed.
We may need to move or cancel an appointment for maintenance, illness or safety reasons. If that happens we will contact you as soon as we can and offer you another time.
Arriving late
If you think you may arrive late, contact the salon. The team will confirm whether the appointment can still go ahead.
Sunbeds: age, supervision and safety
Sunbeds are strictly for customers aged 18 or over. We may ask for proof of age and will refuse a session without it.
Welsh regulations require commercial sunbed use to be supervised by a competent person, require age verification and skin-type guidance, and require appropriate protective eyewear. The salon must ensure its real-world procedures meet these requirements before offering bookings.
Tell the supervisor about any relevant skin condition, medical condition or medication. Check with a GP or pharmacist if you are unsure whether UV exposure is suitable for you.
Spray tanning and beauty treatments
Results depend on your skin, your preparation and your aftercare. Follow the preparation and aftercare guidance we give you; we cannot guarantee a particular shade or duration.
Some products or treatments may require a patch test. Ask the salon whether one is needed and how far in advance it should be completed.
Products
Follow the manufacturer’s directions and check the packaging before use. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights, including your rights in relation to faulty goods.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude.
We are not responsible for loss that was not a foreseeable consequence of our actions, such as loss of earnings or travel costs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
